Places on ALL courses are limited to twelve participants per course, so please
apply early. The Digital Film School reserves the right to change details
of courses at short notice. All courses are subject to demand and may be
cancelled due to lack of numbers.
By applying for this course, the student on this application form, or their
parent / guardian (if the participant is under 18) agrees for their image to be used in the film made during
the course and on any photos taken during the course. I agree for all images
to be used for promotional purposes of the film made during the course
and for any promotional purpose the Digital Film School sees appropriate.
The payment terms are as follows:
A deposit of €50 secures your place on the course. Failure to include
the €50 deposit will result in your application being returned unprocessed.
The balance of your course fees must be paid in full on or before the date
of your first class.
€50 booking deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Course
fees are only refundable if the Digital Film School receives your cancellation
at least 10 days prior to the commencement of your course.
Do not send cash in the post. We accept cheques, bank drafts or postal
orders made payable to “Digital Film School”. The course fees are as follows: Teenagers (12- 18 years) €260. Adults (18+) €400. All tapes, equipment, materials and final DVD included
in price. I enclose deposit €50 (balance to be paid on commencement).
