Julianne and Ruth have extensive and varied experience when it comes to filmmaking and producing. They have worked together as a successful production team since 2000. Many of the films they have produced, directed and worked on have achieved critical acclaim on the festival circuit at an international level (including a Cannes winner, a European Short film award winner and a screening in the Museum of Modern Art, New York).

They both graduated from the National Film School in 2004 (at IADT, Dún Laoghaire) with first class honours. Since then, they have worked in various different capacities on many interesting projects at a professional level. Ruth has sound edited for studios in New York, while Julianne gained experience working on feature films with producers such as Jerry Bruckheimer, (who has produced international successes such as Top Gun and Pirates of the Caribbean).

Both Ruth and Julianne have a lot of experience in teaching. Julianne previously taught an acting for camera course whilst Ruth has lectured in sound, and both have run numerous transition year filmmaking workshops. Alongside the Digital Film School they run a successful production company, Tailored Films, which specialises in web-movies, corporate promotional videos, ads and short films. This year their series 'Zombie Bashers' was selected for the RTE online series Storyland. Find out more about the show at www.zombiebashers.com
